This is an actual scam attempted on this site.

It wasn't successful or even near successful because the person
looking had the sense to question the deal and
the response was pathetic.

                                        Thanks for the mail,i dont think i can give you my account to pay in the money coz about last month when i gave one of the flat mate my account details to pay in the flat rent but at the end of the day he stole about 3000pcw from my account,that is why i cant give you the account details,my lawyer warn me about this and the bank told me never to give any body my account details for security reasons,so i will be very glad if you can reason with me and follow any stem i ask you to make so that you and i can be very secure about this,make the payment via western union or international money transfer,or you send me your home address so as to tell you the nearest western agent around you to make the paymentwill be very glad to have you as my new flat mate.
