I have a recently refurbished double room available in hillsborough available from 1st august. Rent is £300 pcm which includes everything including broadband. Excellent location for shops and tram to town.
The picture shows a bed with no mattress which is slightly inaccurate now as I have added a mattress. It also doesn't really show most of the room as without some camera wizardry its a hard to room fit in a photo!
Other housemates are me (but only now and then as I am living in burton most of the time now), stuart and dave. Interests are running, climbing, music, cycling and the usual conversation/few pints type activities. Its a relaxed non smoking house. Pets allowed as long they can fit in your hand and don't bite or smell (which limits you really to goldfish or stick insects).
If you'd like to live in a nice house with some nice people then look no further. Girls don't be put off by the large number of boys,we're all in touch with our feminine sides and know how to put the toilet seat down!
If you'd like to come and have a look send me a message. I may have to let my housemates show you around due to aforementioned living in burton.

The house is conveniently located with parking directly outside the house and local buses and the tram stop only a 5 min walk away. Tesco is also only a 5 min walk. The university and the city centre are both a 20 min walk away.
The room is a good size and there is a 3rd bedroom for you and the current tenant Katharine to share. This has a desk and is useful as a place to study with fantastic views over the city.
Katharine is a PhD student at the Sheffield University and has been living in the house for a couple of years now so we are looking for a good match.
Katharine is easy going, vegetarian and likes to share an occasional glass of wine of an evening.
She would prefer to live with another female who is looking for a place to call home not just a room to stay in.
The house has broadband connected that you can use by sharing the cost.
The garden is a good size and a great place to enjoy a summer BBQ.
