Hello i am a 33yr old female needing a single or double room for long term rent in Sheffield from 1 September 2010. I will be starting an MA Theatre and Performance at Sheffield University in September.
Looking for house share with washing machine, lounge, and good links to the University but most importantly friendly people to live with! I am a friendly, easy-going, tidy sort interested in theatre, music, watching films, going out and reading the sunday papers.
Currently I live in London but will be visiting Sheffield on the 7 April for two days and will be visiting again over the coming months.

Warm single room to rent in friendly shared house for 4, in quiet area of Crookes (Mona Road) with pleasant garden. £230 pcm including Council Tax and water rates (share other bills).
The room looks over the garden, it's furnished with a single bed and other furniture. It's a reasonable size, but if you have loads and loads of stuff or need a lot of space then it's probably not for you. There are three existing housemates, two female, one male, in their 20s and working. Sometimes we watch DVDs together in the shared lounge. The house suits professionals or postgrads.
The landlady is friendly and helpful, she used to live here until she moved to Manchester. The garden's good for sunbathing on the lawn, eating breakfast/dinner outside, hanging out laundry, or growing a few herbs/flowers/veg. Genuine non-smokers only thanks.
