Hello!!

Im looking to rent out my large spare double room in my 2 bedroom house which is available from 5th April. Im a 26 year old male professional who would prefer someone outgoing and sociable of a similar age who is neat and tidy and firendly.

The house is newly fitted and decorated and comes fully furnished. It is 10-15 minutes walk from Reading town centre,15-20 minutes walk from the station and also has good bus links. The room is 12ft square and all rooms have new double glazing and central heating throughout. There is also a spare room available for guests.

The cost is £500 per month. Price includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax and Sky+) and full access to the house and the rear decked garden.
