My housemate is moving out of town, and I need someone to share superb two double bed apartment in central Caversham.

Apartment has: Living room, dining room/study, kitchen with dishwasher, two double bedrooms, ensuite with shower, main bathroom, off road parking for several vehicles and use of communal gardens.

(I copied the photos from estate agent's website and they don't make the place look as good as it is)

The owners have left modern fittings throughout the apartment including kitchen appliances, TV, leather couches, sky box, LCD kitchen TV etc

Room is good sized furnished double with view over rear garden. Use of own bathroom. Nice and airy on the top floor.

Quiet street. Walking it is 1 min to Caversham shops bars and gym etc, 2 mins to Thames and 10 minutes to central train station.

I?m 29, M, easy going, tidy. Prefer M/F 24 - 34, easy going, tidy.

Off-road parking.

Bills not incl; vary with gas etc, but less than £100. Broadband.

2 double room available in West Reading. Both are furnished with built in wardrobes, double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table. One of the rooms benefits from a seperate annexe room which could be used as a study or walk-in wardrobe.

The house is fairly modern, but homely too. There is a garden and patio out the back.

There is one space for a car on the drive which you would get to use as the existing do not own cars. Otherwise there is plenty of on-road parking all around (no permit required).

The room is available from the last weekend in November and costs £330 per month each inclusive of all bills (including council tax, tv licence and Sky tv).

I would require deposit of £200 returnable at the end of the term. One month's notice either way.

You would be sharing with 1 professional male in his twenties - fully house trained!

The house is non-smoking - but a smoker would be welcome if they're happy to do it outside (there is a lean-to out the back so you won't be standing out in the rain!)
