Large double room in professional shared house
Large double room available from mid - end September in large house centrally located, offered on a short term basis. This room has all furniture except a bed. There is plenty of off road parking available for free and within spitting distance of the Oracle.
The house is unusual and so are the people that live there. Not really, but you will need to have a good sense of humour and if you're sociable, even better! Also be clean; clean is good.
Currently we are 2 boys and 1 girl in our mid 20s. We are all professionals. For the sake of balance and to avoid testosterone-overload, we'd prefer a girl.
Rent price includes all bills. House has broadband and Sky too (now we're just showing off, but it's true).
No Couples, No pets, no hassle.
