All rooms come fully furnished, a couple with wash facilities in the room and have TV points and high speed broadband at no additional cost. The whole property has just been refurbished to an extremely high standard so you will be the first to move in after the refurbishment!
This is a lovely professional shared house with a garden but I only offer these rooms to individual professionals, no students or couples I'm afraid. References will be required.
The house is situated just 10 mins walk to the Oracle & town center and about another 7/8 mins walk onto Reading mainline station. It is also close to local shops & amenities as well as the Royal Berkshire Hospital and Green Park.
Free on-street parking is available. The house is non-smoking but there is plenty of room in the garden & patio area to smoke should you need to.
The rent is from £89pw + bills but we can just work out a flat monthly rent so it's easier for you to manage...
