But no window hence lower price. Also has broadband ethernet cable connection (or wi-fi).
In nice old big Edwardian house next to Reading University campus park (Whiteknights site) in nice leafy road. Broadband ethernet connection. £225 pcm, which includes water rates & local tax & tv.license (plus share of electricity). Broadband internet= £3.50p pcm.
Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, toaster, lean grill etc etc). Bathroom- shower and bath, + indivdual shelves. Free access to fully equipped gymnasium.
Top of the house shared with 3 other European guys (own rooms) age 24 & 28, mellow, quiet, domesticated and friendly. Would suit very quiet male age 18-28 approx. Starts on: 09 SEPTEMBER.
Looking for 1 guy who is quiet (no music late at night unless v.low volume); non-smoker, friendly, domesticated (its a clean flat); no party animals.

Also weekly Sunday cultural/historical excursions to places all over S.England with free entrances.Also hikes to remote landscapes (Brecons, Exmoor etc). We have an occasional meal together and go out for a beer weekly.

The property, which is a split-level maisonette is in a nice neighbourhood and set in well maintained, attractive grounds. The house itself is light, airy, tastefully furnished and decorated and very homely. The room can be furnished or not, there is room for a single bed (or cosy double), chest of drawers and a small table/desk. There is a generous book shelf and spacious built-in wardrobe. There are two cats in the house who are quite timid to start with but friendly once they get to know you. Oh and some fish!

I have a few lovely large double rooms available in a house in Sidmouth Street, Reading.
The whole property has just been refurbished to an extremely high standard, each room has been fully renovated and re-decorated throughout!
It's a beautiful victorian 6 bed house with a brand new modern kitchen, separate shared lounge, new bathroom, fully refurbished throughout and also has a lovely garden, perfect for those summer BBQs!
We also have broadband internet and all mod cons e.t.c. Only 2 mins walk to the town center, 5 mins walk to the Royal Berkshire Hospital and just 10 mins walk to the station. You couldn't get a better location in Reading.
I only rent to professionals and I'm looking to create a friendly house share in this house, no dss, students or pets allowed sorry...

The house is situated just 10 mins walk to the Oracle & town center and about another 7/8 mins walk onto Reading mainline station. It is also close to local shops & amenities as well as the Royal Berkshire Hospital and Green Park.
