It is also fairly easy to not fall foul of this..

Im easy going, fun ( id like to think) and sociable and really want to make the most of my year abroad.

Hello, I've been living in this flatshare for a year now with my flatmate (very nice, laid back guy, 24, just at the end of his law master's) but I'm off to Dublin from 22nd May until 30 Juin so I'm looking for someone to take my place while I'm away. The appartment is really nicely decorated, with a very relax feel to it. The bedroom very spacious with a double bed and it's fully furnished - including a "chill out area" great for having people over. The appartment gets the sun in the mornings and from the otherside in the afternoons as well. The other flatmate is at his girlfriend's most of the time, so you'd be pretty much getting a flat for 2 people for the price of one for the majority of the time.

Telephone is never included in the rental price. Telephone calls must be paid according to the usage.
Heating, Electricity and Water Central heating, electricity and water are included in the rent.
Cancellations
If you cancel less than two months prior to your arrival, your deposit/down payment is non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the apartment for your dates.
Eco friendly
Heating
The heating and hot water are provided by CPCU the Parisian Energy Outlet. Heat is created in plants that produces water vapour that crosses town. To avoid the violent changes in temperature in the basement of our building we have a small (hot water/vapour) interchange system. It creates the hot water for heaters and the hot water for the taps.
The Heat is created
- 49% is incineration of solid household refuse .
- 27% come from Bio fuels. These can be recuperated during combustion. Bio fuels are also recuperated during the fermentation of mud from cleaning the water.
- The remaining are fossil energies 17% Coal and only 7% are fuel oil derivatives (fioul lourd)
Household refuse/trash.
We separate trash in our building. There are 3 containers. Glass, paper, and general household refuse.
