Large double in loft conversion in 4 bedroom shared house off the Iffley Road. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. The room has built in clothes storage and wooden floorboards, with three large velux windows. You will be sharing with three others aged 24 to 27, (2 females, 1 male), we're all easy going and sociable, non-smoking professionals who like to socialise with each other sometimes cooking together in the evenings or watching a film with a glass of wine, but also like to do our own thing, have friends over at weekends etc. We are looking for someone aged 25 to 35, male or female who wants a home rather than just a house.
The house has recently been refurbished, there is a large kitchen with dining area and large cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fridge/freezer. There is a living room with original fireplace, a small spare bedroom where guests can stay and that we also use for storage etc. We have a garden which has grass, a patio, and a shed.
There are two bathrooms, one with bath, one with a shower, and there is also a 3rd WC on the ground floor. We have wireless broadband, and there is on-street (non-permit) parking. The house is around a 20 min walk to town, and under ten mins to the cowley road.
The rent is currently £475pcm excluding bills (approx. £100pcm), we rent the property through Scott Fraser and the current contract is until May 2009, though anyone leaving before that just needs to find a replacement, and the contract may be extended past this date. There is a deposit of £850 and the room is available from 1st August onwards (date flexible).
