We are 2 girls studying business at the Uea and my boyfriend James. we are 21 and 20 years old. Clean and tidy and easy going.
we also have 5 cats and a parrot!
The house is in chapel break and is on the bus route to the UEA, or we drive in most days and can give you a lift! or if you have a bike its about 15mins bike, half an hour walk.
we have a large lounge, separate dining room, large kitchen, big front and rear garden with a bbq area! we also have a driveway and plenty of off road parking if needed!
Its £275 per month INCLUDING all bills.
we have wireless internet and a huge digi tv! we also have a washing machine!

Hi, Im looking for someone in full-time employment to rent a room for the next 3 months or so. The room is part of a 3 bedroom house in the city centre, about a 3 minute walk to the market, which will be shared with me. I am a 24 year old young professional myself (though Im not entirely sure ive earned that status just yet!) so I would prefer not to rent the room to students as sadly my wild days are somewhat more limited these days! Rent will include council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet and cable tv.
