Hi! I am looking for a female young professional or student to rent my spare room in an upstairs flat as from August 2008. It is a two bedroom flat in Wallsend, on a quiet street. The room is equipped with single bed with draws under it, wardrobe and chest of draws, mirror and chair.
Transport is great as bus stop is at bottom of street and Metro is a 5minute walk. Shopping centre is 2minute walk, where you can find all essentials. Newcastle city centre is approx. 4 miles away.
The flat is well looked after, kept clean and tidy. There is a TV, DVD player, Freeview, docking system, and wireless internet available to use.
A little about myself...I am studying Physiotherapy at Northumbria and enjoy keeping fit. I have a quiet life style during the week as my studying doesn't allow me to do much, but I enjoy having a good night out occasionally! I love climbing and often spend weekends away with the climbing club. I am half Greek half English and moved to the UK 4 years ago.
