We have a large 3rd floor room in a family home (house-share) coming available in the near future.
This double room is fully furnished, including sofa etc and has all bill included (gas, electricity, council tax, water rates, TV license, we?ll even provide the TV if you want. The house also has wireless internet access.)
The property is a family home. We do have a pet dog called Skye who is very friendly. We enjoy entertaining at home so often have friends and family at weekends.
There is always room for another at the table if you wish to join in! We enjoy meeting people and would want to ensure you feel comfortable and able to socialise with us if you wanted to. Equally we would expect our family to respect our guest?s privacy and trust that they would do likewise.
Our home is non-smoking. Our guest?s room will be private and they will have a key to lock their room.
The property is in the centre of Whitley Bay close to all amenities including local shops, supermarket, banks, restaurants, pubs and public services. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away.
The Metro station is a 2 minute walk for our house. Regular bus services operate from Whitley Bay to Newcastle and surrounding areas. We have a lot of local knowledge and would be more than to happy share this and to help as much as we can.
