We are two students (1 girl & 1 boy) at Northumbria uni and we are looking for a third flatmate. The double room is available for rent now and the contract ends next July. We are easy-going but tidy and clean, sociable but respect others' personal space. We are hoping to find a like-minded student to share our flat with. Please note that our flat is non-smoking.
The flat is located in Sandyford and it's furnished and double-glazed, with gas central heating. The location is quite nice with local cafes, take-aways, restaurants, post office, Spar, hair dressers etc.
