3 Bedroom flat situated on Osbourne Terrace. Close to all amenities, inc. local shop, University, city centre, Osbourne Road. The flat has an open kitchen/living space and 1 bathroom. The bathroom has both a bath and shower, which are good and powerful. All rooms are double rooms and have desks, drawers, wardrobe in them, including internet access and TV cable points. The bedrooms are fully carpeted and the flat has recently been decorated and is in good condition. Due to the flat being situated at the top of the building the bills are low, due to the heat rising from the other flats. We rarely require the heating to be on in the winter, as the flat is fully double glazed. The front entrance has video survellance and the rear car park facilities are monitored by CCTV. There is a caretaker that takes care of the communal areas, i.e. putting the bins out for the truck and sorting out the post, etc. The landlord is Adderstone. They have been very reliable and have assisted with any problems very quickly, not that there have been any, but general repairs, etc are dealt with swiftly.
Currently there is 2 of us living in the flat and we are both male. One professional and one part time student, who also works full time. We are both non-smokers and would prefer a non-smoker or someone that would respect the fact we didnt smoke and would go outside.

All i ask is that you are pretty sensible and respect the flat. It is brand new and is situated right out the back of Jesmond Dene, there is also a garage for storage. The location is great...2 mins from metro/ 2 mins from freeman hospital and 5 mins from Osborne road, which means it is not right in the thick of things, but close enough. Just for a bit of info 3 of us live here, 2male/ 1 female, I'm a firefighter, one works for the ambulance service and the other is also a profesional and the atmosphere is really relaxed!
