There are actually two rooms available for the person that will move in, allowing for one room to be used as a bedroom and the other as a study room/office. The current flatmates include a female post-grad student from Ethiopia and a male student from Greece. We are both mature students (25 and 25) and we like our flat to be clean and tidy, but also cosy and sociable.
The rent is £283 per person per month excluding bills.
