A pochi metri ci sono le fermate della metro Piola e Loreto, la fermata della 90, 91 e 92. Il politecnico dista pochi minuti a piedi ed anche il Carrefour. L'affitto è di 473 euro comprese le spese condominiali ed il riscaldamento. Luce, gas e fastweb (con chiamate illimitate verso fissi) non sono compresi e la spesa mensile si aggira intorno alle 25 euro. La stanza è libera dalla metà-fine di marzo (ci possiamo accordare per una data).
The flat is small but cute, there are 3 bedrooms: 2 with 1 bed and 1 room with 2 beds. 2 boys are living together in the room with 2 beds. One of the boy is already studing in Politecnico, the other is starting working on monday, he has finished studying this year. There's a girl in the single room that is in her first year of work, she's 23. I'm leaving the room by March. My room is cozy, and good furnished. The bathroom is big and the kitchen is comfortable.
