Hi, I'm renting a big nice and clean room for one or two people in S.Agostino, in the center in Milan, near the University of Milan, Universita' Cattolica, and Bocconi University. Available from September, 1st.
The house is 75 mq and it has a big kitchen, one bathroom, two rooms, a wardrobe and a balcony.
It has all been furnished this summer, so everything is absolutely new (included a washing machine, a big fridge, and a dish-washer).
It is at the fifth floor (...of course there is an elevator!) and there is a wonderful view on Solari Park (there is also a good swimming pool there).
The building is pretty big; it has two green courtyards, where you can keep bycicles or scooters.
Everything is at one minute walking distance: green line underground (S.Agostino stop) is right down the corner, 29, 30, 14 tramline stops, bus line 50, 58, 61, 68, 74, a cinema, a beatiful second-hand library, and a super-market too.
Apt has broadband wireless internet connection, and in your room there will be a tv too.
Price of the room is ?700 per calendar month, all bills are included.

The big room costs 330 while the small one is 280 Euros per month. The deposit amount is equal to 2 month rent
The apartment is located 2 minutes by walk from the Legnano station. It is possible to get a train called S5 that in 30-40 mins takes you in many Milan stations (repubblica, garibaldi, porta venezia, dateo..)
The second room is very cheap just because it is very small. But it includes all the necessaries: a wardrobe, a writing desk and the bed
The bills are excluded but usually they are not expensive (20 euros). It depends on the months as we have an independent heating.
The apartment is available also for short periods (min one month)
I am an open-minded, easygoing and reserved girl. I respect the other's space and privacy and at the same time I like to share the most simple interests, like cooking or having a nice chat. I like many kinds of music, traveling, movies, yoga and many other things.
The apartment is tidy and clean. I do not like cleaning shifts but I belong to the "clean as you go" way :)
From time to time I host Couchsurfers but you don't have to worry as you'll have a key for the room..

El "Blue Guesthouse" B&B goza además de una posición estratégica para quien desea conocer la ciudad de Milán, ya que está situado a sólo 100 metros de la estación de metro y tren "Lambrate" (línea verde M2) que permite llegar al centro histórico en pocos minutos.

100 metres away from Lambrate underground station( M2 - green line) , the B&B enjoys a strategic position for visiting the city centre, easily accessible in a few minutes.
Besides being an underground station, Lambrate is also an important railway station, not mentioning the wide range of surface transport stopping in the whereabouts. You can easily reach it both from the Central Railway Station by underground ( 4 stops), and from the airports of Linate, Orio al Serio and Malpensa, by shuttle or by bus stopping in front of the station.
With its Lambro Park and Idroscalo, this is a green area, rich in bars, pubs and beer-houses: the famous ancient Birrificio di Lambrate (Lambrate Brewery) is very close, so you can taste our local handicraft beer!
The B&B is on the first floor of a block of flats with lift and doorman. The atmosphere is friendly and easy-going.
