Manchester Flatshare flatmate three

Hi, I'm 24 and will soon be moving to Manchester (I'm due to start a Master's course part-time at MMU in September). I'm hoping to find a room in a friendly, sociable shared house (my ideal area would be west Didsbury). I'm currently living in Oxford and am hoping to move up to Manchester at the end of August/start of September.

Unfortunately, as I will be a part-time student I am not exempt from council tax, so would prefer to live with professionals so that the bill's shared. I have a car, so I'm also looking for somewhere with at least some space to park on the street nearby (preferably off-street parking, but I know it's a long-shot). I'll be doing freelance publishing work at home in addition to my uni work so will need somewhere with internet access too.

I'm looking for a household that gets on well with each other, enjoys going out together etc. I'm easy to get on with, love live music, and I've been told I'm a good housemate to have(!)

I am a 28 year old Scottish female returning to education in Manchester and trying desperately not to move into student accommodation!

I am looking for a flatshare, preferably with as few people as poss, and preferably in mid 20's to mid/late 30's. I am looking for somewhere costing no more than £350 p/m including bills if poss.
