We are postgraduate students at The University of Manchester. I am a PhD student at Manchester University.
The house is on Chilworth street , StreetMap GoogleMap, Rusholme, broadband available with 8 pounds per month each (in case we have 3 people). There are 2 options for bus from the house: 2 mins walking from the house is the bus stop of 111 or 5 mins walking to Oxford Road with plenty of buses, so i think that is one of the conveniences of the house besides the price.
