Hi, I will have a fully furnished double room available in my house in Withington from the beginning of September. The rent would be £350 pcm including all bills. It?s a 3 bedroomed house and since the other housemate and I are both female then I would prefer another female who is either working or doing a post grad course. In terms of location, the house is just 2 mins walk from the 111 bus stop and 5-10 mins walk from the centre of Withington. I consider myself to be fairly clean and tidy so I am looking for someone similar who would be happy to do their fair share of the housework. In terms of socialising, I'm def more likely to be found sipping on a glass of red wine in a local pub these days than downing bottles of alcopops in a big club in town.
