The property is located in the best part of Salford, close to Salford Shopping City and near to the Buile Park and the Hope Hospital. The house is also overlooking the rugby ground at the rear. Transport links are excellent from here, a 10 min ride on a choice of buses or Tram will take you straight into Manchester City centre.
Our tenants tend to be a cosmopolitan mix of mature students/post graduates and young professionals or medics .Contracts are usually for 9 months renewable by mutual agreement. Tenants pay a security deposit of £200 - returnable at the end of the contract and rent is paid monthly in advance (or termly in the case of students).The cost of gas and electricity is paid by the tenants using a pay as you go card system .

The dog is really well behaved and loves being around pretty much anyone!

The house is fully furnished throughout, to a nice modern standard, 1 bathroom, 2 living rooms, kitchen with all usual appliances, nice back yard area. Digital tv, broadband/ wifi, land line (inc. free evening land line calls).
Major bus route less than 5 mins walk away + shopping precinct and major supermarket chains + train station also within walking distance, plus Trafford Centre 10 mins away, Mcr City Centre about 20 mins away. East Lancs a couple of minutes walk away, so dead central for all forms of transport!
Pics- In bedroom shot please note there is 2 pics due to the angle of the room- couldn't fit everything in one shot! Also current housemate's belongings obviously will be totally cleared leaving just bed and pine furniture!
