I'm David, 24 years old and I'm coming from Austria. I'm living in QAWRA in a modern furnished flat and I'm looking for a nice flatmate for my extra double/twin bedroom from the 18th of July 2009. Fully equiped kitchen, TV, Internet, Balcony, two toilets, livingroom/kitchen, dining room, ... Supermarkets, Bugibba Busterminal (Busses to Valletta, Sliema, Mellieha, Mosta, ..) , loads of pubs within short walking distance and only 2 min. to the sea.

I'm an easygoing guy and I'm getting along with quite everyone. I'm a tidy person and I expect the same from the future flatmate. I am an Australian working in Malta at the moment. Two spanish friends of mine are lookng for a flat at the moment in Sliema/St julliens with me. (all 22 years old) We have been looking around for a while and have found the best buy at 700 euros a month. It is three bedrooms but i and the girl are more than happy to share a room, leaving the gay guy in one and someone else in the other if possible. Would just be cheaper for everyone that way. They are learning english and therefore want to live with two english speakers. We are never short of a laugh but also not too roudy at the same time.
