I am quite flexible with the person who walks in...as long as he/she has good hygiene and a sense of humour , likes to have an occasional glass of wine and live a good quality life. There are 2 w/c's and 1 shower... and another in the pipeline which will make it 3 toilets and 2 Showers. The house has its own parking for 2 cars, plus ample free off street parking. Its got a beautiful garden area for bbq's and an outdoor fish pond.
The house is in an excellent and convenient location , about 5-7 mins walk from Harrow & Wealdstone Station (Bakerloo Line and British rail- straight to London Euston/Watford) and with easy bus link to Harrow Town Centre/Northwick Park (Metropolitan line) and Kenton station (Bakerloo Line) for all your shopping needs including the big TESCO. You can even walk there in about 5 mins. Another 5-10 min walk will take you to Belmont Circle for another round of shopping. Harrow Leisure Centre (For the fitness freaks) is 5 mins walk. The other gyms are very close as well.
Now the ALL INCLUSIVE part. All utility bills and food are inclusive in your rent. Yes, you dont have to worry about any utility bill or council tax or food bills . All the groceries will be there for you to dive into for any of you with cooking skills . An added bonus is that my mum lives with us for 3-4 months a year , she cooks for us everyday and will be more than happy to do that extra for you as well .
There is only one restriction. MEAT is not allowed in the house. You can eat it outside but not inside. Guess thats not that much of a big deal...

I?m looking for a great flatmate who would like to live at a place they can call home. It?s a three bedroom house and I would like it to be a girls? house (it?s just less hassle and we won?t have to put down the toilet seat all the time ;-D). It?s for a professional, who likes to socialise, be creative, chill out or catch the last bit of sun in our big garden.
The house:
Wooden floors. Double glazing. Continental look. Quiet, as surrounded by gardens and parking space. But cool neighbours who don?t mind the odd party.
There is a big living room with leather couches, ideal to chill in front of the telly (we have digital TV with 40 or so channels).
A new kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary to make a nice dinner.
A sparkly bathroom with bathtub and power shower.
But the best is: A huge garden facing south! We have a nice big terrace, the best opportunity to have a BBQ (we have two, just in case some more people come around) and invite your friends!
All rooms have broadband. All normal amenities like central heating, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, wireless broadband, freeview digital widescreen TV, DVD, video, big stereo in the living room, powershower etc. and a bit more: A huge garden facing South! So if the sun is shining, you want to be in our garden.

The flatmates
You would live with two girls who make this house a place of fun and friendship. We are easy going, like to go out or just stay in with some take-away and either watch a video or have a girly chat.
The house is a 15 min bus ride from Shoreditch, 10 min walk to Canary Wharf and it takes 10 min on the DLR to get to Bank. There is a nightbus (No 15) that comes from Central London to our doorstep quite frequently.
