I'm currently looking for a housemate to share with my friend. I'm moving out of the flat to move in with my boyfriend and to be closer to work.
The room is a double room with built in wardrobe, bed, chest of drawers and bookcase. The house itself is 3 bedrooms but only two rooms are rented out, this provides an extra room for friends and family coming to stay. The extra room also gives both flat mates a bit of extra storage space.
The flat has two bathrooms, my friend?s room is en suite and there is a main bathroom. The extra bathroom means that each housemate almost has a bathroom to themselves.
The flat also has a decent size kitchen and lounge. The kitchen has washing machine, cooker, fridge, microwave etc and a lot of storage space.
The flat is close very close to the Ritzy cinema, pubs, shops and restaurants. It is also only 5 minutes from Brockwell Park. The overground/underground station is also only about 5 minutes from the house.
My friend/housemate is fun, kind and a very good cook.
My housemate is looking for a professional person who is fun, kind, outgoing, reliable. My housemate is 28 and she is looking for someone iwho is ideally between 25 - 33
The rent is £500 a month and deposit is also £500.
