Or the P5 bus is door-to-door to E&CCamberwell College Of Art is 10min walk away. . There are local 24h grocers. Two nice local parks.

We'd like to think ourselves a friendly group - quite independent, but sometimes getting together on the sofas for a gossip and telly night or "therapeutic" pint in the dodgy pub across the road.
The house is 1 minute walk from Camden Lock, 5 mins to Camden tube and the over ground station (Camden Road) and 10 mins to Kentish Town and Chalk Farm tube stations. Buses 31, 24, 27 and 168 stop right outside the front door, with a sea of other buses just round the corner. It's a brilliant location for transport, pubs, restaurants, cinema, the canal and parks.
It's a small double room but light and airy (painted plain white), and the house has a large kitchen/lounge, 2 bathrooms and a patio/garden. £477pcm plus £115 for all bills covering council tax, water, electricity, gas, broadband, Virgin Media package, house insurance, cleaner (every two weeks). The decor is a bit dated/tatty but the space and location make up for it. We've grown to call it home : )
