Very clean, tidy, friendly and reserved professional looking for a likeminded professional to occupy the second room of this very nice flat. Two people sharing common areas: never a queue or overcrowded situations. I am an Italian professional of 39, work in Central London and live in a very nice flat with a room that will be vacant soon. We can agree on the move in date. My tenant is planning to move elsewhere.
The Area: On the first floor of a maisonette in zone 2 (between Cricklewood and Willesden Green) five minutes from Cricklewood Train Station, Willesden Green Tube Station, Kilburn Tube Station and Brondesbury Station. Cricklewood Broadway with all shops is two minutes away from the flat. The area is extremely quiet although very central and well connected to the West End, North West and City of London (20mns to Farringdon and 15mns to Bond Street).
The Flat: Fitted kitchen with brand new, big fridge, washing machine, electric oven as new as the fridge, vacuum cleaner as new as the above, and the boiler is automatic, i.e. constant hot water and gas central heating just for the flat. Two double bedrooms (one is mine), living/dining room, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet. Nice feature corridor with natural light.
The Bedroom: is the largest of the two with bay windows, spacious (4.30m x 3.20m), new double bed, wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers and armchair. Plenty of space for a desk and other personal items. BT line already installed, contract to be set up by the tenant.
The Costs: An all-inclusive package is offered to the right person, i.e. a sum that covers the rent, electricity, water, Council Tax and TV Licence. The cost of the package is £550 per month. The only additional expense is the gas, I charge it on the meter key and we share the cost. It?s well worth the price, I was very lucky to find such an affordable flat in this area.
The Requirements: One month deposit, one month rent in advance to be settled the first day of each month, work/university and bank references. Three months minimum stay. No timewasters please, only serious professionals or responsible students.

We are close to Brent Cross Shopping Centre, good high street shops and several supermarkets.

We are two people who are really sad to be leaving after our year long stay in this gorgeous Victorian house.
There are 2 fully furnished double rooms available in a huge 4 bedroom sociable house in the heart of chiswick. Only 2 mins walk from Turnham Green tube (and 5 mins from Stamford Brook), just off the Chiswick High Rd, with it's wide selection or bars and restaurants and even has a Sainbury's Local store at the bottom of the road.
There is a garden/patio area, perfect for summer barbeques as well as a large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge.
All mod cons such as washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and 2 big fridges (always stacked well with beers).
We are looking for friendly, sociable people who want a home, not just a place to live.
You will be sharing with other professionals, 1 male & 1 female, aged between 26-32. Unfortunately we are not allowed to offer either of the rooms to couples.

Recently decorated, furnished double room available with bay windows in lovely, sunny Edwardian conversion, garden flat. Room is approx 14ft x 12ft with fitted double wardrobes and chest of drawers & own TV/video and phone point.
New kitchen (with dishwasher) and new bathroom with shower and bath. French doors lead from a large living room on to private decking and garden beyond (50ft). I currently have Broadband, but aiming to have ace tv/hd rec package installed by the time the new flat mate moves in, possibly with wireless router so you'd be able to get online in your own space,
My current flat mate is moving out to live with her boyfriend and I am looking for someone new to share with. There are 3 bedrooms in a split level conversion, so the flat feels quite big. I use the 3rd bedroom as a computer/spare room. The flat is literally just off the Broadway, so away from the noise of the main street but great for shopping, socialising as you can walk everywhere and it's only a few doors away from Dragon's Gym (L.A. Fitness) which also has a pool, so unfortunately there are no excuses!
There's a woodland walk at the end of the street which leads to all the parks in the area, so you can walk to Highgate Wood, Queen's Wood and Alexandra Palace and all their cafes in about 10 minutes. Lot's of people use it as a jogging route. Plus just bought our flat's ticket to the best annual street party in North London! We close off the street and everyone has a stall (I did guess the weight of the cake last year!) The street has a real community spirit, which I love. Come round for a cup of tea and have a look! I'm a vegetarian, but it's not necessary for you to be. I'm a professional and my work rarely sticks to a regular routine and can be long hours. I would tend to keep a low profile during the week due to work commitments and early starts but would still be up for a glass of wine or cooking the odd meal together if our evenings coincide. A good rule of thumb would be to simply respect each other and each others space.

Being so close to the Broadway the flat is great for connections into and out of town. From the flat, you can walk to Highgate tube (Northern Line) in 15 mins or get regular buses there or to Finsbury Park (Victoria & Piccadilly Line) journey 15 mins or Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line) journey time 10 mins.
From Finsbury Park, Kings Cross is just 4 minutes away and Oxford Circus an 11 min tube ride.
