Due to my having to move around for work, I'm hoping to find someone

to move into my large double room in a recently refurbished flat in

the Regent Quarter development near King's Cross St Pancras.

The room is a brilliant size ? easily what would pass for a studio

elsewhere ? and comes furnished with a built-in closet, double bed,

drawers, desk, and is definitely big enough to fit in extra furniture

should you want to make it even homelier. It's not like anything else

I've seen while looking around, and I'm really sad to have to let it

go, but hopefully I'll find someone brilliant to move in and enjoy it

as much as I have.

The flat itself is a 4-bedroomed luxury refurbished 2nd floor

split-level property in a period building (there are some nice period

features like fireplaces and windows, but overall the place is very

modern). It's bright, warm and has wooden flooring throughout. On the

lower floor there is one bedroom, a fully fitted modern kitchen with

high-end cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer etc, and a huge lounge

with sofas and dining table. Upstairs we have the room I'm moving out

of, two other bedrooms and two bathrooms ? one large with a bath, the

other a smaller shower room. No queues for the loo in this flat! The

larger bathroom also has washing machine/dryer.

The location of this flat is brilliant ? just a couple of minutes walk

to King's Cross and St Pancras stations (no excuse for not hopping on

the Eurostar!) and 15 mins to Euston or Angel. Everything you could

need is nearby ? Tesco Metro is literally 5 doors away, as well as

lots of local shops and restaurants. About 10 minutes stroll will get

you to the Brunswick centre for shopping, eating and Waitrose

groceries. The spot couldn't be more convenient. It's also very safe,

especially as the development is patrolled by its own security.

My flatmates are a lovely bunch of professionals (working in

journalism, law, arts consulting and design) from all over the place ?

Austria, Finland, China and Scotland. If you think you could fit in

there, then please get in touch. Rent works out at £228 per week, and

bills (including broadband etc.) come to around £70 per month

depending on season.

I can't say enough about what a fabulous place this is; it's really

unique, couldn't be in a better spot and has been kitted out to the

highest spec.
