Hi, this is a lovely furnished room in a house owned by my parents who work as volunteers for a charity overseas (your rent would be supporting what they do which is nice). I act as the 'landlady' and keep the house as my main home, but I'm away doing an occupational therapy MSc a lot of the time. You would also be sharing with another female health professional in her twenties.

The room has a really comfortable double bed, desk/dressing table and lots of other furniture for storage. It has a bay window looking out to a tree and a pleasant, quiet street with lots of greenery.

There's normally space to park in the street. I've been here around 3 years and not had issues with crime. Although the house is on a quiet street it's also close to the motorway and Queens Drive. There a frequent buses nearby to go into the city centre via the Royal Hospital. There are also buses to most other areas of the city.

I expect that you'll find us very reasonable and laid back in this house, but I would ask that nobody smokes inside the building. Rent is £55 to my parents, then bills (council tax, electricity etc) get split between the three of us. I try to keep them as low as possible because I have to pay too!

Lovely bright flat in the heart of Liverpool Garston a new up-coming area for young professionals.

You could be sharing a lovely, top floor apartment which includes a new modern kitchen and living space that benefits from lots of light. The bulding comes with secure parking and front door video security. The double room is fully furnished with a double bed and wardrobes and has a lovely big skylight.

Sharing with one female owner. The flat is a fun and sociable but also a chilled and tranquil place in which you can relax. It is clean and tidy and has all the mod cons you would expect. It would suit someone who is friendly, reasonably mature and would treat the place like a home.

It has excellent transport links: buses into the city centre include the 86, 80 and 82. 10 minute walk away is Liverpool South Parkway trains station which has direct trains to Manchester, Birmingham and Norwich. Liverpool Airport is 10 minutes away by car or by the 80a bus.

Other local amenities include Garston Village, Speke Retail, David Lloyd, Garston Sports centre and Garston Green. All within walking or a short bus/car distance. Liverpool City Centre is 20 minutes by car and 30-40 minutes by bus. Allerton Road and Lark Lane are within a short distance for evenings out.

The rent of £75 per week includes absolutely everything: utility bills, council tax, Sky+ (includes Movies but not sports). The kitchen includes all mod cons: fan assisted oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing-dryer, microwave etc.
