(It actually comes to about £195pm without the bills, so it is a bargain ? you will know it once you seen it, and it comes to £75pw with all bills included)
Your future double room has a comfortable double bed, mattress both of which are almost new only been used by our guests a few times. You will have freshly washed and almost new sheets. We also provide you with duvet and pillows, nice drawers, clothes rail and two curtains. Your room has a view to our garden.
The whole house is fully furnished with comfortable living room, very large and comfortable couch, tv, vifi access to internet, large kitchen with gas cooker, owen and grill, large fridge and freezer (you will have your own fridge and plenty of freezer space to), dining table, conservatory, barbecue and a garage if you need to store your bicycle or some other things. You have allocated off street parking in front of the house.
The house is non smoking, but if you are a smoker you can smoke in the conservatory in case it is cold outside.

House features dishwasher, microwave, laminate flooring to ground floor, patio doors in living room leading onto garden. There is also a bathroom on each floor and off road parking is available at the front of the property.
We are looking for a friendly, easygoing and sociable male or female housemate who is ready to move as soon as possible.
The house is situated just round the corner from a shop/ pharmacy and fifteen minutes walk from the Meridian Business Park.
Rent is £210pcm plus bills with no deposit payable (this has been retained from our previous housemate) the only payment that needs to be made up front is £50 +VAT to the letting agency for the current contract to be ammended. As a guide, council tax is roughly £50 per month and gas/elec/tv licence is about £40 per month.
