Hiya, my friend Jack and I, Stephen, have just signed for a three bedroom flat in Headingley/Hyde Park area, unfortunately, without informing us, our third house mate has dropped out and she has left us in a bit of a dodgy position.

We are 21 and 23 years old, both very laid back and always up for a laugh, especially at the weekends. We have both got an eclectic music taste, though are predominantly rock orientated. We would like another young professional as council tax would be an issue otherwise.

Rent is 300 a month and it is very close to burley train station and the major bus routes to the city cntre as well as the many drinking holes of headingley!

I?m active, and very much enjoy regular exercise. Good food and a variety of music are my other main interests.

I am a graduate and 10 year resident of Leeds who works to live. I am someone who very much enjoys living that life, is prepared to work hard for what I get, and is very easy going and relaxed. I am looking for someone with a similar outlook and perspective. Genuinely, this is a good quiet escape at the end of the day, but Leeds is all for the taking when you want it.

I don?t watch a whole lot of TV. Male or female applicant is no problem. I?m a straight male, 30 years, easy going, active/sporting, non-conformist, non- smoking (big no I?m afraid), music and genuine food super enthusiast. Let me know?
