i am male and need a flatmate. I need female flatmate because when my mum and my sister come to istanbul, they dont feel comfortable with a male in the same flat !
In the flat you will find what ever you want,It has washing machine, refrigerator( fridge ), oven, vacuum cleaner, satellite tv,natural gas for heating and hot water, internet and computer.
Flat is in the asian side of istanbul.It is 20 minutes from Kadiköy ferry station by walk.And also 5 minutes to bus, metrobus, minibus and train station by walk.Transport is really easy to go all over istanbul sides.By the way this flat is nearly to police station so it is in safety place.
Price is 450 turkish lira + bills
