4.Levent is a very central location in the city that gives you easy access to everywhere by using public transport (bus, metro).
You can easily reach to the most of the universities' campus areas that are located in the European side. (Istanbul Technical Unv, Bogazici Unv, Yýldýz Technical Unv, Bilgi Unv, Halic Unv, Beykent Unv, etc.)
The neighborhood is very safe and every kind of shop is very close. There are big supermarkets just down the street. Also there are little shops that are open 7/24 just by the apartment.
The Flat:
In our flat we are 2 young people, me and an Erasmus girl from France studying in Galatasaray Unv. And we are looking for 2 flatmates to share our apartment.
The flat is on the 3rd floor of a nice apartment and it has 3 rooms, 1 saloon, a wide entrance hall, 2 balconies, kitchen & bathroom. And in the apartment we have central heating system.
In the hall we have a big couch and a dinner table and we use this place as the common living space.
We have all the necessary goods in the flat; fridge, oven, washing machine, stove, vacuum cleaner, iron, kitchen stuff, etc.
The room that we are offering is big and fully furnished.
In the Room: Double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, a nice couch, dressing table (it has 3 sided mirrors), studying table, office chair, and extra chairs. There's also a small balcony that is opening from this room.
We have Cable TV and unlimited wireless internet in the flat.
The price is 550 TL (=260 euros) monthly including all the bills.
