The flat is 2 minutes by walking to the "metro" which is the best solution for Istanbul's traffic problem. You can take the metro and then take the "metrobus" to anywhere in Istanbul. Or you can use the tram just after the metro. You wont have any transportation problem which is one of the most important subject of taking a room in Istanbul. We are 3 people in the flat. We all speak English and I can speak fluent Italian and a little bit Spanish and French. We can bargain on the price or you can take the room as a double which means you can stay and share the price with a friend. But the price will increase due to the bills and living with one more person.
The price for the room is: 280euros.

The flat is 2 minutes by walking to the "metro" which is the best solution for Istanbul's traffic problem. You can take the metro and then take the "metrobus" to anywhere in Istanbul. Or you can use the tram just after the metro. You wont have any transportation problem which is one of the most important subject of taking a room in Istanbul. We are 3 people in the flat. We all speak English and I can speak fluent Italian and a little bit Spanish and French. We can bargain on the price or you can take the room as a double which means you can stay and share the price with a friend. But the price will increase due to the bills and living with one more person.

In our flat we are 2 young people, me and an Erasmus girl from France studying in Galatasaray Unv. And we are looking for 2 flatmates to share our apartment.
The flat is on the 3rd floor of a nice apartment and it has 3 rooms, 1 saloon, a wide entrance hall, 2 balconies, kitchen & bathroom. And in the apartment we have central heating system.
In the hall we have a big couch and a dinner table and we use this place as the common living space.

A room is available in European side of Istanbul close to Taksim. Looking for a clean and responsible person in a fully furnished flat in Mecidiyekoy (Ortaklar Street) -safe, decent and nice area, easy transportation (10 minutes to Taksim) 2 minutes walk to supermarket open till 10:00 pm.
Our house is very central, located on the Ortaklar Street and close to Ali Samiyen Stadium. There are also cool cafes and restaurants and Cevahir Shopping mall, metro and bus stop is 5 minutes away from the house.
The room is fully furnished. There are bed, wardrobe, desk and mirror. Wireless internet and cable TV are also available.
The price per month is 600 TL per month. The rent includes all bills and you can also use laundry machine, dish machine and TV.
