I have one double room to rent in a fully furnished, spacious main door redstone flat situated 5 mins from bryers road, the botanics and transport (tube and bus). 10 mins from Glasgow Uni. 15/20 mins from city centre. We are lucky enough to have a good sized private front garden and a shared back garden. Making the husstle and bussle of city life seem far away. The flat has lovely wooden floors throughout and consits of a livingroom, large kitchen, large hall, bathroom (shower and bath) two bedrooms and two storage cupboards. All newly decorated and in very good condition. The room for rent is a light and airy double size with a large traditional sash window and is furnished with a king sized bed, wardrobe chest of drawers, ideal for a single person or a couple. I am a student at the Glasgow School of Art (sculpture)going into 2nd year in Sep and my partner works full time in a health food shop. We are a quiet, easy going couple, like nights in with a glass of wine and a film aswell as nights out with friends, BBQ's and poker nights. We are looking for similar qualities/intrests in a new flatmate/s. One thing we need to be sure of is that you don't mind our pet bunny who lives in the hall at the moment...she is very lovely, clean, quiet and friendly.
