Anniesland college, Strathclyde Jordanhill Campus, and Academy Park are all at walking distance.
The area is so quiet and nice. The flat has its own free parking garage, which is now vacant and a secured storage to keep your bicycle in. The flat is carpeted, warm and bright. Apart from the bedrooms, it also has a spacious living room, and two bathrooms. Thanks to the speedy wireless broadband that makes life easier. Kitchen is modern and has all mod cons (except the dishwasher), with plenty of space in cupboards. The room in question is double and has a large closet. Don't let it go!
You will be sharing with two students (one male and one female), so we are ideally looking for a student to join us, but professionals are also welcome. Rent is £300 inclusive. Minimum stay is 5-6 months.
