Professional let: Very large, bright, double room to let in a huge flat in Hyndland. Sharing with one f 31. It's a large three bed, let as a 2 bed, so plenty of space. Good on street parking, close to shops at Byres Road and Partick and only 15 mins from town. Good transport links, nice garden, wifi and free phone calls to all landlines and most international calls.
I'm looking for someone who likes sharing and has maybe lived with lots of people and enjoyed it, and is now looking for something a little more grown up. The flat is shabby chic; if you're looking for a pristine professional let then this probably isn't for you. It's professional, but with a student's heart so: very clean, comfortable and considerate, and also friendly and relaxed with good, but not excellent mod cons.
Rent £330 / month + council tax (£100 per person per month) and bills (internet, phone, gas and elec.) about £10 per week.
Lease 3- 6 months initially with possiblity of extending.
