My fiancee and I are looking to share our 3 double bedroom non-smoking flat with another couple. I own the flat and we are offering one of the spare bedrooms for £450 all inclusive! That's right, no bills, everything is included in the price (rent, council tax, gas, electricity, broadband).
The flat is lovely and decorated to a high standard with all mod cons. The flat is in Crewe Toll / Drylaw area (put the postcode into google - GoogleMap). It is also not far from Inverleith Park and the Botanic Gardens. It's also on loads of bus routes - 37, 29, 27, 21, 24, 47 and 19.
We are quiet people who enjoy a quiet night in more than going out. We are both 29 and we are looking for people around the same age or older.
We are looking for relaxed, easy going people who above all else are CLEAN AND TIDY, reliable and respectful of others. Initially we would be looking for someone to stay 6 months with a view to possibly staying longer depending on circumstances.

The flat is on Dalkeith Road. It's 300 pounds per month, and the bills are usually a maximum of 40 pounds per month. It's available now. The current lease is until the beginning of September, but it can be extended if you want.
The flat is a ground floor, 3 bedroom flat, with gas central heating and double glazed windows. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and bedside table. The kitchen has everything; including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer. There's a big living room with tv and 2 couches, and a shared garden.
The flat is near King's Buildings, a short walk from George's Square, and there's a big Sainsbury's just around the corner. It's serviced by the 2, 14, 30, 33 and 48 bus routes into town.
You would be sharing with two friendly 3rd year students (both male), both are really cool guys and are studying at Queen Margaret University. One of them is Scottish and one is Polish.
