The flat is in an excellent location, right on Morningside Road. You have M&S right across the road and Waitrose within 2 mins walking distance. There is plenty of free parking and frequent buses into the City Centre, which is only 10 mins away. On top of this you have a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep.
This flat is sharing with two out going professionals (female). We would like someone of similar mentality who likes socialising at the weekends. Someone who likes nights out as much as glasses of wine in front of the TV. Could be Male or Female. Would prefer tidy, non smoking, professional. Sorry no couples/pets or festival lets.

I?m also a cooking enthusiast and perfectly prepared meal is a substantial part of my usual day. Lovely room which (FOR A COUPLE) works out at £190pcm each + council tax (council tax to be split 5 ways and couple to pay 2/5= £70 pcm).
