We are two girls, at Edinburgh University, who are moving to Marchmont Road and looking for a student to live with. The lease is avaliable from September to the end of June 2009, may be available from July. The deposit is to be confirmed, but will be no more than one months rent, which is £386, not including bills.
We are both going into 4th year, doing maths and social anthropology. We enjoy the odd night out, but also a night in with a bottle of wine and a good film.
The available room, is the largest room in the flat(massive!) and light, with a front facing bay window, fully furnished and has a double bed.
The flat is a large main door flat and has lots of storage, one bathroom and a kitchen/living room, with 6 ring gas cooker and dining area. Off the kitchen is a set of double doors which go out onto a sunny and grassy shared garden. There is also a sizeable box room which we are debating the use of.
The flat will also have wireless internet by the time we move in. No pets are allowed.
Since we are heading into 4th year, we plan to work fairly hard, so we are looking for a flatmate who isn't too loud! We don't have a preferance about male or female!
