Looking for a housemate to live in our student house. Preferrably a student as well, final year optional. The house is within walking distance of Cardiff Uni, UWIC, Heath Campus and the city centre.
There's the option of half rent during the summer, but you can move in in July if required.
We're outgoing people, who enjoy a laugh, but being final years, we spend most of our time studying!! Three Chemists, a Lawyer and a Civil Engineer!!
The room is downstairs at the front of the house, with good closet space, and a double bed. The house also has a newish kitchen, new sofas and a lovely garden!

The house is a homely 3 bed terraced house just off City Road (15 mins walk from town and 2 mins walk to 24hr spar, diverse food places and pubs). It has a lovely quirky open plan living/diner with separate kitchen and bathroom and small patioed garden out the back (with an aspiring herb garden).
Room available is a spacious double towards the back of the house so it's quiet. It's furnished with bed, Ikea wardrobe and chest of 3 drawers, plus a desk if required.
There's loads of living space so we're never on top of each other. We have usual stuff.....TV (with freeview), washing machine, tumble dryer, wireless internet...
