We have a large single room with double bed in a shared house available from 25th July. You will be sharing with other professional people of both sexes. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need including a wireless Internet connection, digital TV and washing machine. There is off road parking should you need it but if you don't have a car the public transport into town is right at the top of the road (closeby). Alternatively if you have a bicycle it is 10 mins into town which could take you across open countryside by the river or by main road whichever you prefer.
The A14 is just around the corner and Marshalls Aerospace is a 10 minute walk. Tesco and Sainsbury's are both within close proximity. A gym and swimming pool are 5 mins away.
The house is fully furnished and there is a TV lounge if you are feeling sociable. It is easy to keep clean and this is facilitated by wood laminate flooring throughout. We are also in the process of employing a cleaner to come in once a week and clean the communal areas.
Ideally you will be clean tidy and considerate to the other tenants. The house is non-smoking. We are registered with the City Council and have all the necessary fire alarms and facilities required. The room is £350 pcm with ALL BILLS included. Deposit required.
