I am a professional business woman looking to rent a large double room in my house to a female. I live in the property but work 6 days a week so there is plenty of space. There is just me and my rather elderly cat who is very friendly. The room for rent is large and furnished with double bed, large set of drawers, large in built wardrobe, desk and chair. There is a phone socket in room so that you will have your own telephone line. You will be responsible for the line rental and call charges. All other bills including council tax are included in the rent. The bathroom is also quite large and on the same floor as your room. I use this too. The kitchen, dining area and living room are also good sizes and well furnished. My house is a peaceful, clean and pleasant environment so I am looking to find a lodger who will respect that and also one that is independent and reliable! I am very busy and so will be up early and often late home, so don't have a lot of time to socialise. I also see clients at my home regularly, as I am a complementary health practitioner. Cambourne is a relaxing, peaceful environment with many amenities, close to Cambridge too, 10 minute drive. If you think this room may suit you, then I will be pleased to discuss accommodation with you.
