My 29 sqm studio is available from 17 September to 31 December.
It's very well situated in the beginning of the Raday street, next to the Kalvin square. It's not a luxury flat but very light and not noisy at all. The flat is fully furnished.
The rent is 50000 Ft for a month+additional costs (approx 20000 Ft, it depends on you, as well). The deposit is 50000 Ft. When you pay in advance for the 3 month period, you shouldn't pay deposit.
