- 5 minutes walk from the 'Stadionok' red line underground stop. A tram, lots of trolleys and buses and 7 night buses (!!!) stop there as well.
- Supermarket, a tobacco-shop and a non-stop petrol station are for 2 minutes by walk
- Banks and ATMs are for 5 minutes by walk
