We're looking for a responsable, young adult to rent a room from July 1st, in a terrific, spacious house close to the ULB, cimetière d'Ixelles (student district), Flagey, the abbaye and parc de la Cambre, close to public transports (Bus 71, Trams 23, 24, 25, 94 just around the corner ; bus 95 that goes to the EC district at walking distance), 15-20 minutes from the center and European Institutions depending on the traffic (even faster by bike - and yes, there is space to leave it inside).

The house is fully equipped, newly renovated with beautiful art deco decorations. We have a garden with BBQ and hydrangeas, a TV room, a big living room with an open fire place, two bathrooms, 3 toilettes, eating room and a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry machine. There are 5 rooms spread over 3 floors (plus the attic, cellar and rez-de-chaussée). Wooden parquet in most of the house.

My housemates are 4 great french guys (2 males, 2 females) who are all working in the domain of European Affaires (Law firm, Commission and Lobbying - personnally I'm doing my diss on political activism). We are looking for an open-minded person from whichever origin, easygoing to enjoy a nice summer.

I'm not there in July that's why I sub-rent my room (possible to stay until 10th of August if necessary) but there is actually another room free from August 1st, so if you don't want to leave anymore, you could eventually stay for longer (but would have to move one floor up). The room is fully furnished and the rent is 480 Euros (400E for the room available in August) with all charges included (also internet, TV and free calls to France). It's a great opportunity but we're looking for an open and responsible person too !
