I am David from London, coming to Bristol Uni this September where I will be foing a Masters in Law and Economics. I am looking for a single or doublr in or about Redland, Cotham, or Clifton. I´m a 23 year old student currently living and studying Cognitive Science in Germany. I'll be moving to Bristol on 15th November and stay there till the end of February 2011. During this time I'll be doing an internship at the University of Bristol. Hence, I'm looking for a (furnished) room in a flatshare not too far from the University.
I'm friendly, sociable. I like going out or spending some time with others. If you want we could also cook together. For the past two years I've been living in a flatshare with 3 female and one male student, so I've already collected some valuable experiences :-)

Share kitchen/diner/conservatory and garden with homeowner and cat. Top floor is spacious, recently decorated and fully furnished with room for a bit more if you have it. Kitchen has all mod cons including range cooker and dishwasher. There is also wireless broadband throughout the house.
I work from home 2 days and 3-4 evenings a week, so am looking for somebody who is either reasonably quiet or busy during those tiimes (it's fine to have friends round, but I am a therapist, so it's not good if the front door is slammed!). Under the terms of the mortgage I can only let to one professional person, not a couple, and am looking for a non smoker. I also have a cat.
House is on a quiet residential street 10 mins walk from Cabot Circus, with street parking available, and lots of great local pubs and shops, with good access to travel routes. Bills are NOT included.
