From 12th July I will have a furnished double room available in a first floor flat on Hazelwood Road, just a few minutes from the Downs and with easy access to the number 40 bus route. The flat is modern, bright and airy and set in relaxing grounds as part of the Woodside complex of flats. My current flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so I am the only other occupant left in the flat.
About me, I'm 29 years old and technical director of my own company. I'm easy-going and happy to meet new people, and have found it easy living with different flatmates over the past several years. I like some time to myself as well as time to be sociable, I enjoy sharing a meal and a film with friends. During the week I work a fairly regular full-time routine in an outside office so I have pretty normal "professional" waking hours. I don?t have any strong views on choice of flatmate, I just like sharing a good mutual respect with whoever I live with.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, large built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. It?s large enough for the current occupier to keep their own separate desk in the room as well (not included). There is a modern fitted kitchen and bathroom, I enjoy cooking so the kitchen is well equipped. The flat also has a landline, wireless broadband and underfloor heating throughout.
The living room has a dining table at one end and plenty of room for two couches and a television at the other end. It has a balcony and overlooks an attractive view of the large shared gardens, which are well-kept by gardeners included in the rent. The living room is a great place to watch sunsets! The garden also includes a seated covered area which is excellent for barbecues.Rent is £375 a month, payable in advance. Bills and council tax are additional. Sorry, but the flat is non-smoking and the landlords do not allow pets.

Hi all....
I'm looking for a spacious room within short walking distance of Redland station or Clifton Down station as I commute to Bath every day from Temple Meads.
I say spacious as I'd like enough room to put up a desk as I'm a keen photographer and process a lot of my images online. I'd also like the space to finally unpack some of my boxes rather than trip over the bloody things.
So , does this sound like your pad?
I'm a 31 year old guy who's very new to Bristol. I'm pretty laid back and a respectful, quiet, housemate. I do like a good night out but keep that seperate from the house and not generally on a school night.
I'm veggie, pretty eco friendly and get on with like minded people, I've a stupid and dry sense of humour and pretty sarcastic to boot. I like a good live gig, a pub quiz, getting out and about exploring and a good few weekends away camping or walking.
What else... I'm a pretty good cook, pretty handy with a screwdriver, like to catch a fair bit of live music, love the outdoors and have a real passion for photography and film.
