We have 2 unfurnished bedrooms available in a brand new 4 bedroom highest townhouse. The bedrooms are downstairs, which share a bathroom. You can choose between a room with a patio for $150.00/week or a room without a patio for $130.00/week . Both rooms fit queen bed and other bedroom furniture comfortably and both rooms come with built-ins. The bathroom that you will be using has a shower (with rainmaker head), bath, toilet and basin. Laundry is also downstairs. Living areas are upstairs, with spacious kitchen and front deck. The house is fully furnished including kitchen (gas and electric) with all appliances and utensils. We are close to USQ Springfield and Orion shops, which has public transport. About us: We are a young couple, recently built property looking for 2 housemates, we are pretty relaxed and enjoy relaxing at home. We both work full time, and both of us are also undertaking part-time study. We are looking for someone who is reliable, honest, respectful and clean. We look after our house and would appreciate someone who cleans up after themselves. It is a non-smoking house, however smoking can be done away from the house. Rent is $150.00/week for patio room and $130.00/week for non-patio room. Bond is 4 weeks rent and is required to be paid upfront. Rent does not include utilities or food. Foxtel is available at an extra charge, only in the room with the patio. Foxtel usage in living area is not included in rent, however arrangements can be made. The only internet reception we receive is through Telstra, and everyone is responsible for having their own internet and phone.
