Hey everyone,
We are a couple of 25 and 29 years old. We'd like a place within a mile (with a little wiggle room) from Grand Parade because I, Maria, will be doing my post grad in Design History there in September. Brian, my partner, is doing his degree in Maths at the moment and is not sure if he'll defer or not (we're waiting for exam results) so a place that's open to couples but that if a single person were to rent it wouldn't go above £460 a month would be ideal.
It's very important to me that we'd be living with likeminded people. We're not party people but most treasured pastime is a good discussion on a subject of your choice. We both enjoy learning and critical thinking very much. Very up for taking part in household and not interested in living in room constantly.
I don't like smoking in the house but outside is not my concern :)
I'll be coming over to brighton between the 27th and 31st of August and am all about the viewings for those 4ish days. Please send me a message if you think we sound like amenable humans and can let me view the place on those days :)
