We have a single/box room available for rent from the 01/12/08. The room includes a single bed, book case and DVD holder and stand if needed, but is otherwise unfurnised. You will also have access to a small wardrobe area outside the room.

The room is in a shared house with a couple and 2 single females aged between 24 and 37.

The rent is £300 pcm and includes all domestic bills, including sky tv, telephone and wireless internet connection.

The rent also includes household goods such as washing powder and cleaning products.

Also tea, coffee and sugar is always available.

As well as the room, you will have full use and access to the Living room and Kitchen.

We are looking for friendly housemates who will fit into our happy home.

The house is in a nice neighborhood in Larkhall.

I have two furnished rooms available in a huge three-storey Victorian house on Coombe Park, within walking distance of the City Centre and also close to the bus route that runs straight into town.

Both bedrooms are enormous, there is also a large lounge and kitchen-diner with patio doors out onto the garden. There are two bathrooms (each with roll-top bath and two sinks as well as separate shower cubicles) and also as a downstairs cloakroom. In the kitchen there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and all the usual kitchen facilities.

There is off-road parking available for about 6 cars and a garage for storing bikes. The back garden is about 100ft long and great for summer barbeques etc.

The sharers in the house are all young professionals in their 20s and early 30s and it?s a sociable house with a great friendly atmosphere. There is even a facebook group set up by old tenants who wanted to stay in touch after they left.

The rent is £425 pcm and this includes your council tax and all utilities apart from phone and broadband bills (although both are available and shared between the tenants).
