We have a single/box room available for rent immediately. The room is fully furnished with a single bed and a small wardrobe area just outside the room.
The room is in a shared house with 2 girls and 1 single boy aged between 25 - 31.
The rent is £300 pcm and includes all domestic bills, including sky tv, telephone and wireless internet connection.
The rent also includes household goods such as washing powder and cleaning products and tea, coffee and sugar.
The communal areas are the Kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms.
We are looking for friendly housemates who will fit into our happy home.
The house is in a nice neighbourhood in Larkhall.
